2021

The Lake Crossing Swim were won by Anna Obieglo, in a new record time of 27:47 minutes, and Nate Holmes, with 150 swimmers participating. Due to the Corona hygiene regulations, participants were divided into start groups of 20 swimmers each. Starts were also conducted with a time gap between them.

16.09. Annual general meeting takes place
Vote on the planning of a new building at the Wörthsee.
The members' meeting votes on the proposal to commission a draft plan for a new club house with a cost framework of approximately 25,000 EUR.
The proposal is approved with 42 votes (no opposing votes, no abstentions)

28.03. Annual general meeting
„The members' meeting authorizes and empowers the entire board to arrange the demolition and construction of the club house, and to conclude the necessary contracts with the respective contractors. The costs for this amount to approximately 900,000 EUR. This is an estimate based on the available offers and calculations. The board requests approval, plus approximately 20% buffer for unforeseen expenses, totaling 1,100,000 EUR.
The costs for the measure (demolition and construction of the club house) will be financed with approximately 400,000 EUR of own capital and up to 700,000 EUR of foreign capital through a bank loan. In this context, the members' meeting authorizes the board to conclude a loan agreement of up to 700,000 EUR with a lender.“
The decision is adopted by the members' meeting with 43 votes and 2 abstentions.

30.07. - The Lake Crossing Swim won Anna Obieglo with Anna-Lena Maiberger and Nate Holmes with Jakob Obieglo. The women, as well as the men, touched the wall at the same time, thus there were four winners this year. 189 swimmers participated, new participant record. The summer festival was also well attended.

Landeshauptstadt München rejects the request, as the club's land does not lie within the city of Munich
BLSV: provides a grant of up to a maximum of 50.000 EUR
KFW: the effort and costs exceed the funding conditions

20.000 EUR until 10.09.2022 / 2. donation target reached
30.000 EUR until 04.02.2023 / 3. donation target reached
